Pet of the Month - March 2015 - Madi

Miss Madi is a great little girl who was adopted by her Mom Meri Jo. Madi is a long haired chihuahua who found her forever home in 2014. Meri Jo had to put her previous dog Maggie to sleep due to illness. This was a difficult time so when she saw Madi’s picture she knew this little girl needed a friend just as much as she did. Madi was found on the busy road of Ridgeway Ave with two other dogs. They were rescued and taken into foster care. When the two of them met it was love at first sight. Madi is a special needs dog. She has a cleft lip and palate. Meri Jo was nervous on her first visit to Taylor Vet. After getting a professional opinion from Dr Wendi Goetsch her mind was put at ease. They can both look forward to a great life together which is a real blessing for them both.
